The tree is growing root shoots because the tree is under stress. The roots are creating new trees in and along garden.

  • The mature London Plane to the front has been inspected, no significant defects visible. Not touching property, tree was heavily canopy raised earlier in the year. No pruning works required. Recently laid paving slabs are already lifting - tarmac should have been installed instead of paving slabs - against arboricultural advice. No sucker growth visible. No self-seeded saplings visible.

  • Roots are visable some distance away, on other side of houses, the roots are pushing up through cracks along either side of residential dwellings, the house closest to the tree.
