  • Detaling with Flytipping is Council's responsibility just like just like with bin collection or abandoned car, as we are all residents and live within councils authority. Council tax is paid including subject services. If Land Registry is taken as to this land, a strip of ground with rubbish/fly tipped Items is shared area so this piece of land does not belong to any private person-see the map attached-it is l ft from last Red box and between next uneven Black linÄ™ being a fence of opposity house. IT is a walkway and as such is a public/local council responsibility.
