White van park everywhere

For the last months, this white van BL06 EW0 parks everywhere he’s not allowed to; on the sideway, in private parking spaces, by double yellow lines etc etc. On Christchurch Way by Enderby Wharf/Precision. Most of the times the registration plate is removed.

  • Is this ever going to be resolved? This van is continuing to park on this street - the drivers removes his licence plate every time he parks (registration is BL06 EWO) so as not to attract parking tickets. It needs to be removed from the road.
