There was a skip before the Summer being used by the dentist. We returned from the Summer break to a small amount of rubbish. It is being added to daily and getting more and more. It will soon be blocking our parking bay that we feel we can't use at the moment in case of damage being caused to vehicles.

The rubbish is on the grass which I believe is Royal Borough of Greenwich property. Please advise who is responsible if not RBG?? Thank you.
