Flag fetishist at 217 McLeod Road is at it again
Reported anonymously at 12:55, Mon 5 August 2019
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1720426.
The England flag fetishist who lives at 217 McLeod Road is at it again. This is the third time in about a year he has run a string of England flags from his upstairs window out to the tree on McLeod Road. Please can you get him to take these down (yet again) and to stop attaching England flags to this tree. Whilst you're there, can you refer him to mental health services in the borough? He seems completely oblivious to the fact he can maintain his flag fetish without hogging public trees, by sticking his awful flags up in his window. Or installing a flag pole in his garden. Put simply, the man needs help.

No surprises here but Greenwich council have done nothing about the flags. Apparently you can string up anything you like to public property. Maybe I’ll run some flags of my home country from my house to the lamppost outside?
