Bins not put back at no 87.thus left on public path and a focal point for fly tipping and dumping.also left on our side uncollected for days .

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1692536.
The Scenario below has been repeating itself causing concerns for the Residents at Hollymount Close about the state of the area and bins not put back where they are collected at no 87. A block of flats There are two separate collection dustcarts ,one for the green and the other the black bins.
Thus resulting in the bins left scattered to the entrance to Hollymount Close after collection on Mondays and at most time discarded on our side of the wall uncollected. They bins normally kept behind the wall.o no 87 where there is a designated area.
Problems is nobody at no 87 collects them or puts them back where they belong and thus left unsightly on the main public path to the entrance of our Close The tenants just come on to the pathway where the bins are, on the main road and discard their domestic waste. As its on a slope, in strong wind they get blown over, polystyrene, card board etc just gets strewn into the Close ,as its a wind trap and and broken bottles etc. Of course also it encourages others to dump their stuff,as it becomes a focus point.Currently things are being dumped there
We are a Close with Elderly and children (prams etc)who use the path consistently and are concerned about the health and safety aspect. Very much appreciate if you can sort this, as we do take pride in where we live and its also at the entrance to our Close, with access on to a major A2 road. We are constantly struggling to keep the area looking presentable and safe especially when there is stormy and windy weather when the bins get toppled on the slope ,scattering the contents..

I would fully support the complaint regarding these rubbish bins. They belong to No 87 and after emptying should be returned to No 87 and not left on another property . They are turning the area into a tip.
