25 June 2019 a fly tip was found by the garages of Courtlands Avenue. Suspect is a private gardening contractor that was heard in a nearby property (noise from first Cul De Sac from Eltham Road)carrying out work on 24.06.2019. Waste consists of large Selco bag (containing, toys, mud and tools) and large glass cabinet. A white sheet was added on 26.06.2019.

The bag has hazard sharp objects such broken toys and tools. The cabinet is wood and glass.

AM: Informed by neighbor at no.140 that he had moved the fly-tip waste garage no. 190 because more items were being added to it. Garage no. 190 is not the property of no. 140. The owner of no. 140 was not aware that the fly-tip had been reported to the Royal Borough of Greenwich as a hazard. The neighbor has pictures of a suspect, including van registration number.
