Litter and advertising banners at A2 Kidbrooke junction

There are numerous advertising banners attached to traffic signals and roadsigns at the A2 junction in Kidbrooke (A2 / Kidbrooke Park Road (A2213) junction. These restrict visibility for drivers as some posts have 3 advertising banners attached. In addition there is excessive litter and roadwork material (e.g. orange cones) in the roadside shrubs at this junction.
