This is the usual pile of rubbish that someone leaves outside number 17 on Greenwich High Road. It's been happening every week for years now. Looks like the Council cannot track those responsible. At least give them a bin so they won't dump their garbage in the middle of the pavement, especially now that the weather is getting warmer.
