The rubbish reported on the 16th June was cleared but it has been replaced with more rubbish. Some bags have again been split open by animals and I had to tell a woman I found tearing them open to leave them alone or clear the rubbish completely, she walked away. I believe the rubbish is coming from the premises above the shops and as this is a recurring problem, please arrange for someone to check the rubbish for evidence of who is dumping it. Please clear the rubbish asap.

No. 132 Ancona Road has several black bin bags on the pavement that have been ripped by foxes. I found two dirty nappies and some other items in my front garden today. I cannot be certain they came from Ancona. I am in Piedmont Road
