3 Hampstead Close Neighbours from hell
Reported anonymously at 08:42, Fri 24 May 2019
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1638769.
Roughly about 4- 6 cars for this house including big vans parked one behind the other blocking access.
Cars are constantly being left running filling my home with petrol fumes and then are being wheelie span out the street.
Constantly blocking my driveway access which I've tried to resolve this with them myself but it keeps happening.
Police were called out last week as the access was so bad they blocked surrounding neighbours from getting out to which the tenants all of a sudden "Didn't speak English" and denied ownership to the cars. (Which they later got in and moved after the police left)
Rubbish is being left all over the drive way causing foxes to rip open bags leaving the street looking a mess, rubbish is being stacked up behind the wall and up against fence.
The waste is not being segregated properly to which the bins are not being emptied causing more issues are the tenants are now contaminating surrounding neighbours wheelie bins which are not getting emptied either.
"Gatherings" in the street with a large group of people under the influence of alcohol from this property until early hours and followed by more erratic driving. 2-3 times a week.
Parties and all sorts of goings on are taking place until early hours police were called around 3 am as the noise become unbearable to say theirs nothing they can do.
There is roughly 10 tenants living in this property which is only a 2 bedroom house. The overcrowding is dangerous has been reported previously as there are young children also living here and still nothing has been done.
The landlord needs to get them out as this has been going on around 6 months.
THIS IS AFFECTING MY MENTAL HEALTH AND I CANT TAKE MUCH MORE
PLEASE DO SOMETHING THEY HAVE TO GO

I am a fellow poster. The issues this person raises are happening all over Plumstead. In my street one address appears to have about 6-8 transit vans& various cars associated with it. There are comings& goings all night& shouting in the street at all hours. Some people dump rubbish in other people's bins, so correctly sorted bins are then incorrect. Plus several properties appear to be used as HMOs but aren't licenced.

Still open, via questionnaire -
This is getting unbearable music and people shouting and screaming started about 1am and went on getting progressively louder until about 5 30, something needs to be done about this as it’s impossible to get any sleep.
