Flat bed dumped with car on top

A flat bed has been dumped on veiwland road, this flatbed was causing an issue on Riverdale Road but the mechanic was tipped off and moved it. Now it’s been dumped on Veiwland Road causing more issues. It has a broken car on top which also looks unsafe. Please can you find out the owner of these abandoned vehicles and advise them that the local area is not a car dumping ground. I’ll be contacting my local councillor and MP also.
