Scaffolding lorries block road to have breakfast

Every morning at approx 0730-0800 a number of lorries and vans from ‘how scaffolding’ block the road by illegally parking (on the road and pavement) while they go into mem’s cafe for breakfast. This morning there were 2 large lorries and 2 vans causing traffic chaos.
