Bags of street cleaning left in front of our flats by Denis Ashley and two colleagues (mobile team 1)

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1638293.
The front of my flat (1 Rush Grove Street) and my neighbour’s at number 3 has been littered for the past 3 weeks with bags of rubbish from the street cleaning team. Whilst I appreciate their job in keeping our street tidy, it is a shame that the rubbish is left in front of our flats. The bags are usually not picked up by the refuse pick up trucks and because the streets are cleaned on a different day than when the rubbish is picked up; the bags are beginning to attract foxes to our street. This means all of their hard work is undone when the foxes ransack the bags of refuse.
I spoke to Denis Ashley and two of his colleagues from mobile team 1 (plate number beginning EB13) about this recent development and they replied saying that they have been asked to leave the rubbish bags in front of our flats.
This issue has only started about 3 weeks ago and I hope it doesn’t continue for much longer as it is making the street rather unsightly. More importantly, it is a health hazard to have rubbish laying around in a street filled with a lot of young children aged 10 and under.
I would be grateful for your help on resolving this.
Kind regards Opemipo Akisanya
