On Sunday 19th May this car was occupied by the owner, and an accomplice in order to recover from taking heroin. The owner of the car appears to be the son of the occupant of 53 Arsenal Road who is a known drug user. He was subsequently arrested at approximately 7pm for having an offensive weapon (a crowbar) in the car. The car has not moved, is still damaged and has flat tyres. This vehicle mist be removed ASAP. Children play in our street and should not be subjected to this.
