Nothing has changed. Presumably Thames Water are leaving it to the council to put right. Why?

It's greening up a bit with weeds which looks better when mowed, but the fact is that Thames Water should have replaced the grass after they used the site as a base for roadworks.

Thames Water have not been persuaded to return and put this right, this is a private company who must have sought and been given permission to "camp" on the open space- provided they made good when they left. They did not do that- this needs to be challenged.
