Patch of grass to the side of Orangery Studios. Grass has been cut but not raked (it never is) and the storm drain (at the beginning of the alleyway that leads to the Police Station/ by the steps to the carpark) has been filled - looks intentional- with the grass cuttings. Reporting as I’m not sure if this will cause a blockage
