If you are "unable" determine the tax status then it's because the vehicle does not have any plates , as stated !
All the more reason to remove the vehicle ?

This complaint was first raised by another resident, on 5th April, and has been actively ignored by the relevant department for nearly 3 weeks. The vehicle has been abandoned onsite for well over a month now !
As of today the vehicle is still illegally parked/abandoned !
An resolution i.e. removal of vehicle is required.
If the council continues turning a blind eye, an escalation in the form of a complaint will be placed against the department (Street services) involved in rectifying.

Hello there, I had the very same issue where there was 4 UnTaxed vehicles taking up vital spaces and I emailed the local councillor for my ward.
They should be able to assist further as I complained to him about it. (Still ongoing)

Thank you - local councilor aside, the council are fully liable and clearly turning a blind eye for reasons unknown.
Hardly surprising at all , as Greenwich/street services have ignored the state of the rubbish tips and barrage of associated complaints around the area for years, and they finally took action for a huge cleanup last year !
I shall first exhaust council's complaints procedure and escalate beyond council if required.

Hi, as mentioned above previously. This has been an ongoing issue for years now. I have recently reported cars parked on the drive sticking out onto the road. This is coupled with untaxed vehicles parked obstructively on Vicarage Road - making it very difficult for residents to park safely on the road & to drive down this road safely.
Residents keep reporting this but these reports keep getting marked as “fixed”. There needs to be a permanent solution to this.
The local garage should not be able to take over the local streets and parking of residents. This is unjust and we feel helpless. The residents keep reporting issues but nothing is resolved.
