Open, Unlit Skip - Materials airborne
Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 21:41, Tue 19 March 2019
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1577856.
The skip outside Conway School on Griffin Road has no tarp or lights on it, the wind has blown building rubbish from it all over the road.
The same issue happened over the weekend from an over filled skip on the road in front of a house just across Griffin Road from this one. Loads of broken fence was flying through the air into the road and towards people on the pavement.

This is still an issue. Filled over the top of the skip. Items, unknown material dust and fencing still blowing out from skip. Very unsafe to passersby.

The school is St Patrick's. The skip seems to be used by O'Reilly builders. Waste is now being left in the road by the skip because it is full.

This was resolvyd by the skip being removed not by enforcement of the skip license.
