Vehicle (white van) is still there following two complaints. It is definitely abandoned and is taking up much needed space.

The vechile large white van was moved briefly a few hours and is now back and has not moved again the tyres are flat and the state of the vehicle is in poor repair it is taking up two spaces and is dangerous as other cars can not see past it when parking. The person does not live in the close where we already have many parking issues

Yes, the above is true. The van is now back and is being used for commercial purposes and is full of what looks like furniture. There must be something which can be done?
