Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

There is an illegally parked caravan, unattached, parked on a parking space. It is not lit at night and I suspect there's people living in it.

  • Caravan still illegally parked on the side of the road. Several accidents nearly happened, especially at night due to it not being lit. Extremely irresponsible from council's side, also really disappointing especially after council tax being raised.
