Restaurant/catering rubbish and other waste being fly tipped
Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 14:39, Sat 2 February 2019
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1530290.
Fly tipping here has become a problem once again. Clearly being used by a restaurant or take-out business to dispose of their rubbish rather than using the proper route - other household waste has now been added

Dear Sie/Madam To add some more detail for you to look back at your records this matter was previously taken up with RBG by Clive Efford MP in October 2014. It was agreed then as this was no mans land and no owner to be held accountable that the council wld remove fly tipping from this road Please can you re-open the case and respond with an update now you have this further information. I assume with this added information we can look forward to the rubbish being removed? Many thanks Kind regards Ms Turner

Based on my previous update please can you re open. It was agreed back in October 2014 between MP Clive Efford and LBG that this is not private land there is no registered owner who is responsible - this was confirmed by Greenwich council - because of this finding, it was agreed future flytipping will be cleared from this road Please do reopen the case and advise when we can expect this to be cleared Thank you

There are no owners to notify You already clarified this along with MP Clive Efford that this is no mans land It was agreed by LBG back in 2014 you wld clear fly tipping from this area there is plenty of evidence there for you to prosecute the tipper You collect dustbins from this road and I pay council tax - I’ve taken much time to clarify this with LBG and Clive Efford so I wld appreciate the support LBG agreed to provide Thank you

So now what happens? And how do us neighbours receive certainty that this will be cleared? I have lived here 18years and the council have always taken care as said no owner of the road? I would like some advice and notification if the owner is they should be maintaining this access road Thank you
