  • This vehicle moved for a short period of time onto the main Courtlands Avenue Rd where it was parked dangerously obstructing the view when pulling out of the Courtlands where number 48 etc are. It is now back parked in the position of the photo above with a flat tyre taking two parking spaces and restricting all other cars moving in and out of the close
