Damaged green cable/phone box

Reported anonymously at 12:18, Mon 21 May 2018

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich 2 minutes later

I appreciate that this is not down to the council to repair, but if a word could be had with the owner of the cabinet, I believe it to be Virgin, then it would be much appreciated. I am only posting this here as over the last 18 months I have reported it 3 times over the phone, it has been reported online & via the online community. No response.

  • Still no response from Virgin. Surely this is a H&S issue as wires are hanging out of it now. Please could you have a word in a relevant ear?

    Still open, via questionnaire

  • After multiple calls to Virgin over the last 2 years this street box still remains damaged. As there are electrical cables inside that could be accessed by children it is a H&S issue & needs to be fixed ASAP. Please could you bring pressure to bear on Virgin to do something?
