This van has been parked in the same position for months in Dunvegan Road close to Westmount Road. It has certainly been there since the beginning of 2018 and probably several weeks at the end of 2017. In fact I first noticed it in November 2018. It has been moved on the odd day or so for a 24 hour period or less perhaps 4 or 5 times in the last 4 months or so. It is using a "free space" which is unfair to residents of Dunvegan Road and also people who want to pop into one of the local shops in Westmount Road. Please have it removed.

This white vanPK06XXN is still parked in exactly the same position where it has been for months. It is preventing other road users from using a free space which is for local residents and people wishing to use the local shops on westmount road close to Dunvegan Road. On 28 April the driver of a silver coloured BMW X5 with registration RY55YPL was seen and photographed charging up the battery of the white van (PK06XXN) with jump leads. The silver BMW X5 driver then departed leaving the white van in the same place it has been for the past few months. It looked very odd as the white van looks old and dirty so we wonder what the driver of the smart looking BMW X5 is storing in the white van which cannot be stored at home. Perhaps the Council and other government agencies might want to investigate.

The problem with it not being removed is probably because the owner has taxed it until September. Perhaps Greenwich Council can do something about getting it moved after the 6th June 2018 when the MOT runs out...
