I live at 38 burrage place Se18 7bg, next to me is a driveway leading to several properties. Because of the location of these properties down an dirt track drive the residents will dump their unwanted items outside of my front gate making it very unsightly. They regularly leave bin bags on the pavement leading to foxes and cats to rummage through leaving food waste strewn outside my house.. several times I've seen them and politely asked if they refrain from doing this and to use the bins they're provided with but unfortunately it just continues.. I came home this evening to find a dirty stained mattress outside my house.. my landlord has the property up for sale and this is obviously not a good look and is possibly putting potential buyers off.
