Some rubbish under the trees at Owen Close remain uncleared. I reported this 3 weeks ago, some in alleyway in front of my house were cleared while most rubbish under the trees were left untouched. I have reported this severally in the past 4 weeks and they are still there mother street and under the trees so untidy. The district men emptied some of the bins earlier reported but left 2 untouched for the past four weeks. Please kindly sort this out as soon as possible. The under the trees are becoming a dumping point. Those involved are not from Owen Close but the path behind Owen close. Please do something to prevent a reoccurrence. Thank you.
