Monk Street car park side entrance leaks water for days after raining Reported anonymously at 18:38, Wed 9 November 2022 Monk Street car park (which is constructed with large concrete slabs with sealant inbetween) leaks for days when it rains. It pools from the car park above and then leaks for ages right over the side entrance. The water seems to come through the joins in the large slabs of concrete and only happens over the side entrance as rhe sealant in-between the slabs is missing
