You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
Neighbour, yet again. Reported anonymously at 20:56, Wed 29 September 2021 As you can see, there is now a dumped bike here. Our neighbour at number 21 was seen in the entrance to our building, taking the pedals off. He was told by another neighbour, not to dump it here. But to no avail. He even dropped a pedal he took off and left it. This guy has no consideration for anyone other than himself. We know he has aspergers, but this does not excuse his behaviour towards the building, the people who live here or the council. You, the council, need to intervene and have this stopped, otherwise he will continue to use our building as his own personal dump. He also keeps going through our rubbish, tearing open bags and reading peoples correspondance. He is a menace and should be treated as such.
