Litter on Hartville Road Reported anonymously at 20:23, Thu 2 July 2020 The previous batch of litter (empty beer bottles, empty beer cans and leftover food) left by the usual suspects (street drinkers) has STILL not been cleared from the hedge/bush on the corner of Hartville Road/Garibaldi Street. Moreover, there are now "new" empty beer cans (inside small black bags given by off licences) along Hartville Road - the pavement and on the wall; this was also left by the same street drinkers. Please would you clear all of this litter ASAP, especially the empty beer glass bottles as the street drinkers often get rowdy when drunk and have a propensity to throw the bottles around, often leaving broken glass on the pavement and road; this is a health and safety issue for the general public.
