Bins overflowing. Reported anonymously at 20:21, Mon 25 May 2020 The bins round Birchmere Lake are overflowing again!! The fishing bailiffs put fresh black bags and tie old bags up but there are 3 bags next to some bins and rubbish is scattered around when bins are full. They are not being emptied often enough. This is a public park, children run around and cycle, it is a SERIOUS health and safety issue and should be urgently addressed either by the council or Peabody Eastates.
