Litter Reported by John Lawton at 15:21, Tue 14 January 2020 Residents collected this rubbish when planting trees under the London Mayor scheme. We advised LBG but they said they would not remove it as it was on land owned by Tfl. Tfl's response is as follows: "Under Section 89(1) of the Environmental Protection Act (EPA), street cleaning, including the removal of large items, fly-tipped and general litter falls under the responsibility of the local council. This includes the job of cleaning footways and carriageways of litter, detritus (organic or synthetic material) and vermin" Please ask LBG to remove this and to clean the path above the RWRR and the surrounding area which abuts the cemetery opposite. There is litter everywhere, most unpleasant for people attending their loved ones.
