You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
Rubbish Reported anonymously at 15:36, Tue 3 December 2019 St Margarets Terrace junction with St Margarets Grove. Leaves and rubbish still lying on pavements. I have been assured that this problem has been fixed but it has not. These streets are not cleaned on a weekly or other regular basis. These leaves are slippery causing dangerous surfaces and are encouraging rubbish. This is an area surrounding the area of Plumstead common. It is becoming a distasteful area due to rubbish, abandoned cars and damage to pavements and road signs. This area is a route to school and is a disgraceful example of the Royal Borough of Greenwich
