Taking cars apart/ working on engine oil/ Obstructing and Endangering other cars passing by and local pedestrians walking by. Repairing vehicles in the streets as part of running a vehicle repair business is an offence by law. Council should make a visit ASAP, since the owner of this motor garage business doesn’t care.
